GSA Schedule Contract

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) establishes the largest government-wide contracts under its GSA Schedule Program (also referred to as Federal Supply Schedules and Multiple Award Schedules). GSA Schedule contracts are a gateway to put your business in front of trillions of dollars of annual government spending.

These long-term government contracts are designed to provide commercial companies a contracting vehicle that eliminates much of the open market nuance as well as provides direct access to a company’s products or services through the GSA Advantage! website. GSA Schedule contracts guarantee your products, services, or facilities will be sold at a fair price to the government, and in turn, bring your company reliable business.

GSA contracts are government-wide, meaning they can be utilized across all federal agencies, including the DOD, FEMA, the Department of Energy, and many others. These high profile agencies can develop your business for the future. Additionally, there is no cap on the number of contracts awarded. A government contract could lead to purchasing high-quality products or securing a reliable business source for years to come.

Advantages of Securing a GSA Contract

  • Access to trillions of dollars in Annual Sales
  • Ability to Sell Your Products and Services to all Federal Agencies
  • Improved Sales Process that is both shorter and simplified
  • Less Competition

Many government agencies establish government-wide contracts, which simplify the procurement process for federal agencies by acquiring a vast array of products and services directly from commercial suppliers. Instead of each agency buying from separate businesses, the GSA Schedule was designed to streamline the process and give federal agencies a one-stop-shop to any goods or services they may need.

GSA Schedules provide access to millions of commercial supplies and services at volume discount pricing that can be ordered directly from GSA Schedule contractors or through the GSA Advantage online shopping and ordering system. If your application is accepted, your business will be put on the GSA Schedule to buy and sell.

The purpose of the GSA Contract is to leverage the federal government’s incredible buying power to negotiate simplified contracts with commercial entities. The intense vetting process to obtain a GSA Contract shows government agency buyers that your company is in good standing and can deliver on the product and services you are proposing to sell to the government.
