How to Qualify
Your business must meet a few simple qualifications to be eligible for the WOSB/EDWOSB Certification:
Small Business
Qualify as a small business with the SBA and are not currently in the program.
51% Owner
The firm is 51% owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens.
Full Time
A full-time female employee must hold the highest position in the company.
Head of Daily Operations
The head of day-to-day and long-term operations must be a woman.
